Got this for Simon to read. The blurb looked interesting so I'll give it a shot. Just been made into a movie.

Finished the book and watched the movie (Movie follows book closely). Its a tragic story but the boy was foolish and ill prepared. He had a life of luxury and privelidge and I understand his need and desire to break free from society. But to go into the Alaskan wilderness so totally unprepared was just stupid.
