Web pages not loading - need to press refesh to load web page (XP : 27-Oct-2007)
Over the last few years there have been occasions where my internet connection goes funny. Pages load slowly, not at all or I have to press refresh before they will load. Now this has happed usually after removing spyware. Its cause by registry corruption of winsock registry keys that had been hijacked by the spyware that had been removed. Ive had to use a little program called WinsockXPFix.exe probably a dozen times and nearly every time it has fixed the problem. Get it, its free.
