This error was bugging me for a while. A little googling found this at microsoft
Regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\Dao360.dll"
Regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\ado\Msado15.dll"
The paths must be to the location of these DLL's on your HD but these are default values and worked for me.
