"The Red-Headed League"

From the Series: The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes

Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes, David Burke as Dr Watson (13 episodes)
First published in "The Strand Magazine" Aug 1891 (REDH)

Synopsis:
Can Holmes solve the puzzle of the Red Headed League a foil a major crime?

Review:
Professor Moriarty makes his appearance in this cleverly twisting story. Holmes uses his powers of reasoning as well as his limitless knowledge of London and its underworld to spoil Moriarty's day. Some laugh out loud moments but spoiled by one characters pitiful acting.
